Optional Extras

Our Shepherd's Huts are a versatile design, and while the standard hut may be all you require, there are a number of options you may like to consider:

	Electrics. Standard package includes: Weatherproof enclosure containing a R.C.D / 30ma (safety device) controlling two circuits, lighting and sockets, each protected by M.C.B. Therefore the circuits can be individually isolated for extra safety. Two double sockets and a single light switch. Power fed to hut via a weatherproof 32A appliance inlet. Earthing block provided if earth rod needed. Light fittings not included but installation of client's choice free. Inspected and approved by a qualified electrician We would recommend client's premises be checked prior to order by a qualified electrician, reference supply and earthing systems.
Puffin                                        Country 4   Woodburner. Standard package includes: Supply and installation of a Villager "Puffin" or Charnwood "Country 4" stove, non-combustible hearth and heat resistant shield to protect the internal walls. 5-inch double skin insulated stainless steel flue and suitable flashing. Anti-down draft chimney.
	Coloured Roof: Colorcoat HSP200 is an organic coated steel for roof cladding. It has been formulated for superior durability, retention of hue and gloss, and mould resistance. Make your choice from the following colours:
	Tongue and Groove. Tongue and groove half wall panelling
	Insulation: 50mm thick Crown Dritherm insulation packed into the wall cavity. Roof and floor insulation is standard.
	Solid Oak Flooring: 130mm (5") Character grade, solid English Oak flooring. Highly durable, easy to maintain and classically elegant.
